At the end of every passage are two double rooms. These are suitable for couples as it is one big open room with a lot of space. There are double wardrobes, desk, toilet, shower and plenty space for someone moving from a flat or house to bring their favourite belongings. As there are only two double rooms per floor, please don’t delay in coming to have a look as they are very popular. Prices available on request, rental includes three meals per day.
We do also have the option of 2 people sharing the inter-leading rooms. This is the same price as the double but just a different set up as you can have a double bed in one room and then still have the lounge or many families like to have a single bed in each room, for example a Mother and Daughter.
Please come and have a look. It is always a pleasure to show someone around the building and let you see the different types of rooms and find the perfect room to suit you. As we have 235 rooms, availability is not usually a problem and we are here to help you make the right decision. Residents in the independent living section need to be able to come down to the dining room for meals and manage everything for themselves. We do not give towels so please bring your own.
Rooms are cleaned at an additional cost per month.

Please note that we have instituted a call bell system, each resident will have to pay a deposit of R150 witch is refundable when you leave. If it is broken or lost, you will be liable for the purchase of a new remote.
